Blake Masters Arizona Senate Candidate

Blake Masters

The Democrats in charge have let us down. Joe Biden and his sidekick Mark Kelly are to blame for the mayhem at our border, the rising cost of living, the failing public schools, and the general emergence of wokeness. America is now both hazardous and expensive because of them.

You would think they would regret it. However, they don’t. America has lost the support of the ruling class. They no longer care about you. The Left holds the opinion that America is essentially and irredeemably bad. They pillage it and criticise it for this reason. They aim to make America unrecognisable. They aim to obliterate our identity.

The good news is that the general public is starting to awaken. Arizona has the opportunity to guide our nation back to greatness in November. But if we want to prevail, we need new leaders who will be courageous and independent and who will fight as if America’s future was at stake. Since it does.

Blake Masters here. I’m a businessman, a Christian, a husband, a father, and a gun owner. Arizona is where I was raised, and I detest what is occurring there. Because I have a unique understanding of the contemporary risks we confront, I decided to postpone my corporate career in order to run for the U.S. Senate. We’ll confront the unholy trinity of big business, big tech, and big government. And we’ll triumph.

I’m going to defeat leftist Mark Kelly in November with your support. Together, we will create a safe, wealthy, and free Arizona and America.

Arizona’s candidate for the U.S. Senate, Blake Masters (Republican Party), is running. In the general election on November 8, 2022, he is a candidate. On August 2, 2022, he won the Republican primary.

Masters graduated with a political science bachelor’s degree from Stanford University in 2008 and a law degree from Stanford University in 2012. Masters co-founded Judicata, a software startup that specialises in legal research, in 2012. In 2014, he and Peter Thiel co-wrote the #1 business bestseller Zero to One: Notes on a Startup. Masters joined Thiel Capital in 2014, and he was made president of the Thiel Foundation the following year.

On November 8, 2022, the incumbent Mark Kelly (D), Blake Masters (R), and Marc Victor are vying for one of Arizona’s two U.S. Senate seats.

Following a special election in November 2020, Kelly was inaugurated in December 2020. He worked as a NASA astronaut and a U.S. Navy pilot before joining Congress. Americans for Responsible Solutions, now known as Giffords, was established by him and his wife, former U.S. Representative Gabrielle Giffords (D), in 2013. Kelly’s campaign has emphasised bipartisan cooperation and a readiness to bridge differences. “I’m focused on representing Arizonans, and I’ll keep working with Republicans and Democrats to support hardworking people and revive our economy. As policy objectives in Washington, Kelly’s campaign website emphasised access to affordable healthcare, competitive educational opportunities, raising wages to match living expenses, and funding of government programmes like Social Security and Medicare. Kelly raised $54.1 million and spent $30.8 million as of the most recent Federal Election Commission (FEC) quarterly filings, which were submitted in July.

Entrepreneurial investor Masters. In 2015, he was elected president of the Thiel Foundation, and from 2018 until 2022, he was the COO of Thiel Capital. Because “the same old establishment politicians and the same old establishment candidates have failed us,” according to Masters’ campaign website, he is running. “[Masters] brings a wealth of experience to the table on how to defeat not just the progressive Democrats, but also the weak and compromised RINO Republicans,” it is claimed. Technology firms and China are the policy areas on which Masters concentrates. He claimed the Democrats have used technology as a “weapon to attack America as we know it” and that China has stolen American intellectual property and engaged in cyberwarfare against the country. For the Republican primary on August 2, former president Donald Trump (R) supported Masters. According to the FEC’s quarterly reporting from July, Masters had raised $5.0 million and spent $3.4 million.

Cook Political Report, Sabato’s Crystal Ball, and Inside Elections all gave the election a lean or tilt Democratic rating as of September 27, 2022.

2.4 percentage points separated the winners of the previous two Senate elections, which were conducted in 2018 and 2020, respectively. Sen. Martha McSally (R), the incumbent, lost to Kelly in a special election in 2020 by a margin of 51.2% to 48.8%.  In 2018, McSally lost to Kyrsten Sinema (D) 50.0% to 47.6%.

Similar tight results were seen in Arizona’s last two presidential elections. In the 2020 presidential election, Joe Biden (D) defeated Donald Trump by 0.3 percentage points in Arizona. In the 2016 presidential election, Donald Trump (R) won the state by 3.6 percentage points.

The result of this contest will have an impact on the party makeup of the US Senate. One special election and 35 of the 100 seats are up for election. With the chamber split 50-50 and Democratic Vice President Kamala Harris casting the deciding vote in ties, Democrats effectively hold a majority. Republicans possess 21 seats up for election in 2022, while Democrats hold 14 seats.
