Amitabh Bachchan’s Rolls Royce That Was Seized From New Owner? It’s Back On The Road Now

Amitabh Bachchan’s Rolls Royce

One of the biggest stars in Indian cinema is Amitabh Bachchan. The actor is well recognised for the parts he has performed in more than 150 motion pictures. The actor enjoys driving and has a sizable garage full of fancy vehicles and SUVs. A Rolls Royce Phantom, one of the expensive items in his garage, was a present from director Vidhu Vinod Chopra to the actor when the actor finished the film Eklavya. This prestigious saloon was eventually sold by Amtiabh Bachchan to Bengaluru-based Yusuf Shariff. After Bengaluru RTO confiscated the vehicle for tax evasion, it made headlines. The automobile is back on the road, and you can watch a video of it here.

Spotter India has posted the video on their YouTube account. This video shows the former Amitabh Bachchan Rolls Royce Phantom luxury sedan driving around Bengaluru. Amitabh Bachchan sold the vehicle to Yusuf Shariff’s company Umrah Developers. The driver presented the cops with phoney paperwork when the car was pulled up for inspection, which led to the seizure of the vehicle. The car’s insurance had expired, and the pollution certificate was also missing.

The Rolls Royce was parked at Yelehanka RTO together with other high-end vehicles. After the owner paid Rs 5,500, the Rolls Royce was later released. Yusuf Shariff had previously stated that he intended to keep the car for himself, which is why he chose not to change the title to his name or renew the insurance. Although the car was first released in September 2021, videos of the vehicle weren’t posted online until one year later. The elegant number plate is still on the white Rolls Royce Phantom. The Rolls Royce is driven through Bengaluru’s busy, winding roadways in this video. In a few instances, the driver had to even reverse the car to make room for other vehicles. Because of its size, a Rolls Royce is a dangerous vehicle to drive on curvy roads. When using such roads to drive a vehicle, extra caution must be taken. It’s unclear if Yusuf Shariff still owns the Rolls Royce or if he’s sold it to someone else.

Yusuf Shariff, a well-known scrap dealer from Bengaluru, is also referred to as “Gujari Babu” in his professional circles. He began trading in scrap in Kolar, Karnataka. In open auctions, he bought profitable assets and equipment from the government. He also participates in state politics. The Rolls Royce still appears to be in excellent shape. Amitabh Bachchan received the car as a gift back in 2007, and he drove it for a while before selling it. The Rolls Royce Phantom cost roughly Rs 3.5 crore when Amitabh Bachchan received the gift, and the price would increase based on the customizations. Currently, a Rolls Royce Phantom costs between Rs 8.99 crore and Rs 10.48 crore (ex-showroom). Customization costs are distinct.
