The 104th annual conference of the American Farm Bureau Federation has the subject “Mi Familia” (My Family). This “must attend” event gives attendees access to insider information on the opinions and policies that will impact farms, ranches, and agribusinesses in 2023 and beyond.

AFBF President Zippy Duvall said, “This is your chance to learn about the future of agriculture, hone your abilities, and help set the agenda in Washington.” ‘I look forward to seeing you in January in Puerto Rico as the Farm Bureau family unites at the beginning of another year of feeding, clothing, and sustaining our great nation,’ says the speaker.

Participants can choose from a range of educational programmes to develop their leadership abilities, increase their business knowledge, and learn from professionals in the field about trends and legislation affecting the food production industry. The convention also gives attendees the chance to learn about cutting-edge agricultural advancements, hear from inspirational speakers, and peruse a bustling trade show with exhibitors presenting the most recent in agricultural equipment, tools, and services.

Workshop themes will cover the farm bill for 2023, policy changes, market outlooks, trade, the most recent ag education resources, and coping mechanisms for farm stress.

In Puerto Rico, agriculture occupies more than 50% of the land. This convention’s ability for farmers and ranchers from the 50 states to observe and learn about crops and agricultural techniques specific to Puerto Rico is one of its most intriguing features. On the website for the convention, you can find details about agricultural and leisure excursions in Puerto Rico. As soon as information is available, it will be provided.
