SpaceX Falcon 9 is set to launch its 19th mission tonight.

Space X: On February 23, at 04:11 GMT, a Falcon 9 rocket carrying 22 of SpaceX’s Starlink broadband satellites was scheduled to launch off from Vandenberg Space Force Base in California at 11:11 p.m. EST (8:11 p.m. local California time).

According to SpaceX’s mission description, this will be the 19th mission for the first stage of the Falcon 9. The previous record was set in December with a Starlink launch.

SpaceX’s account on X will provide live coverage of the launch commencing approximately five minutes prior to the window opening.

Optimally, the initial stage of the Falcon 9 will re-enter Earth for a touchdown on the drone ship Of Course I Still Love You, positioned in the Pacific Ocean, approximately 8.5 minutes after leaving the launch site.

The booster will then be returned to Earth for testing, refurbishment, and ( probably ) another mission, at the direction of the spacecraft.

The upper stage of the Falcon 9 is scheduled to deploy the 22 Starlink satellites into low Earth orbit (LEO), estimated to be around 62 minutes after the liftoff tonight.

Globetrotting clients can obtain Internet service from Starlink. The current count of operational spacecraft which includes the LEO mega constellation exceeds 5,400; nevertheless, this number is constantly increasing.
