His wife Kate; his children, Lucy, Daniel, Joshua, and Zacharias; his parents, David Johnson and Diane Trusdle (Dave); his brothers, Davey (Sandy) and Joey (Marissa); his in-laws, Russ, Linda Bladen, Matthew, and David; and his grandmother, Grace Schoenfeld survive him.
