The Customer Care Centre can help you if you need to pay for a city service or have a query answered. The Customer Care Centre is open for in-person visits Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at 500 S. Main St., Suite 110 (formerly the Parking office). You don’t want to go downtown. Call the customer service line at (702) 229-CITY (2489). You can get automated alternatives on the phone line on Saturdays and Sundays.
In order to help the community during a historic period, the city of Las Vegas Customer Care Centre was founded during the coronavirus pandemic as the Las Vegas Call Centre. The call centre’s success has led to its expansion to offer assistance to the public with all municipal-related inquiries and to accept payments for city services. The centre makes it possible for people to pay for city services including sewer bills and parking tickets online, over the phone, or in person. Online payments are also possible on the city website.
