You can get free COVID-19 fast testing, PCR testing, clinical evaluations, and direct access to the antiviral drug Paxlovid at our mobile Test to Treat stations and Health + Hospitals facilities, which are spread out throughout the five boroughs. Additionally, there are over 250 NYC walk-up distribution locations where you can pick up free at-home test kits to keep yourself and your loved ones ready for when symptoms or exposure start to appear.

Use the City’s COVID-19 Test Site Finder to locate the free City-operated testing location that is most convenient for you. The tool includes a search filter to locate the mobile Test-to-Treat units and free at-home test distribution locations run by the NYC Test & Treat Corps.

For qualified New Yorkers who test positive, the NYC Test & Treat Corps’ mobile Test to Treat units offer free, immediate access to antiviral medication (Paxolvid). Treatment can stop serious illnesses and hospital stays.

Every mobile Test to Treat location has a clinician on staff who is qualified to assess COVID-positive patients and provide Paxlovid prescriptions.

At all mobile Test to Treat units, New Yorkers may now provide documentation of a positive test, including at-home test results and test findings from any outside testing source, to be assessed for and given COVID treatments right away.

Patients will be pre-screened for symptoms to assess their eligibility for therapy, and test results must have been obtained within the previous 5 days.
